Base Materials

Plywood Cabinets Box

Plywood is a type of board created by rotary cutting logs into thin veneers, which are then layered with the grain of each veneer arranged perpendicularly to the next. These layers are bonded with adhesive and hot-pressed.

Plywood retains the natural qualities of wood while overcoming its limitations. It is easy to work with, ideal for creating curved shapes, and is resistant to warping and cracking. Additionally, it offers excellent water and moisture resistance.

  • It is ideal for sturdy furniture, ceiling installations, and decorative backing panels for furniture.

Particle Board Cabinets Box

Particle board is a wood-based panel that combines wood shavings with adhesive and then presses the mixture under controlled temperature and pressure. It offers high material utilization and good dimensional stability, making it cost-effective.

With its large format and smooth surface, particle board provides strong lateral load-bearing capacity, stable dimensions, easy adhesion, and eco-friendliness. It also offers excellent nail-holding strength.

Application :
  • Ideal for use as the base material for cabinet bodies and doors, as well as load-bearing components like shelves and side panels.

MDF(Medium density fiberboard)

MDF is a wood-based panel made from plant fibers, processed through crushing, fiber separation, molding, drying, and hot pressing.

It offers excellent dimensional stability, smooth surface quality, and strong machining performance.

Application :
  • Used as the substrate for cabinet doors in kitchen cabinets and wardrobes.
